I just got the first roll of film back from my Golden Half camera. To recap, it's a lomo-style camera which is half-frame, meaning it takes two shots within each regular 35mm frame. It took quite a while to take 72 photos, I was just shooting any old random thing I passed on the street toward the end of the film!
The photos came out lovely, though - great lightness and grainy texture. Check out my favourites:

There are a few more on my Flickr; click 'all sizes' to see them larger and catch the nice grain detail.

that's really fun! and a great excuse to show off the kitty again :O)
I really like how your pictures came out, I have a Diana camera. I still havent used up my film, I get a little shy when I'm taking pictures of things.
Just to say, love your blog!
(Also love your cat... do you hire him out?)
Bravo!

Lovely photos. I'd be tempted to grab a diana cam but I worry I wouldn't use it or would get impatient with 70-odd photos :(
how good is the golden half hey! so simple and lovely. It's my favourite lomo by far.
this is my 1st time using Golden Half. I don't know why I can't take it into half frame. When I saw my photos all is not like yours one...(sad) Can you please teach me? ^^
