Hilda Grahnat

Time for less about me me me and for some pure visual candy instead: Hilda Grahnat, a Swedish graphic design student, has an amazing eye for colour and composition. Whether she’s working in photography, design or interiors, her styling and taste is impeccable in that idiosyncratically Swedish way.

I’m envious of her lovely midcentury-inspired apartment – photos of which I’ve been squirrelling away on my future house blog – and pretty collections of vintage bits and bobs, composed into vignettes by colour. If only my higgledy-piggledy collections of junk could look as elegant as these…

Hilda also has a small online shop where she sells vintage postcards, photography prints, graphic totes and sketchbooks bound in vintage wallpaper. I want one of these gorgeous book clocks for my new place!

Be sure to check out Hilda’s blog (bi-lingual English and Swedish) for a daily dose of inspiring imagery.
