It’s time for my now-traditional monthly photo roundup of the year! 2012 has been a funny one – lots of hard work as I continued to settled into freelancing, a new part-time job which solved a lot of that, a bit – but not enough – travel, a new cat-baby and all the associated joys and stresses that brought..! Happily most of the madness has died down now and I am genuinely looking forward to a more serene, grown-up 2013. I already have travel plans (Brighton and Barbados, and that’s just before April), some great work projects lined up, and goals in my head for personal projects. I’m turning 28 in two weeks and that feels much better than weird old odd 27.
Anyway, this was my 2012…
January: Took a letterpress class received for my birthday.
February: It was cold and snowy! (and Yoni enjoyed his last month as a single cat, unbeknownst to us.)
March: We went to Amsterdam, and said hello to Lila
April: Trips to Bath and Harry Potter world.
May: Dinner treats at the Gilbert Scott and Corner Room.
June: A long weekend in Copenhagen
July: A wet wedding in Dorset.
August: A sunny wedding and family holiday in Chamonix (and a new camera).
Semptember: A trip to the sports.
October: Gardening and nesting.
November: Trip to Devon.
December: Sidekick Christmas party in the Cotswolds.

I always love your photo and round-ups. Such lovely slices of life. Hope you’ve had a good Christmas x
Looks like you’ve had a fantastic year to me! But seriously, where is that tree wallpaper from?! I’m nesting too and it’s just so perfect I may die without it! xo
It’s Cole and Son, called ‘Trees’ :)
Looks like a cracking year – hear’s to 2013 :)
Great pictures! Love the kitties! I use to have a black cat… miss him very much:( I hope you had an awesome holiday, and New Years. I wish you all the best in 2013!

What a lovely round-up – and happy 2013 to you Katie!
Beautiful pictures. Love the cat pics. I can’t imagine either of our cats standing in the snow like that. They’re too spoiled.
